Logging in to Pluvo
Welcome to Pluvo! You have received an invitation to take a course in Pluvo, and to do so, you'll need to log in to the academy.
From the organization offering the e-learning course, you may receive two types of invitations: the general invitation and/or the course invitation.
You'll receive an email containing a link to set up a password. With this, you can set your own password and henceforth log in to the Pluvo academy using your email address and password. Note: the link in this invitation email is valid for only 24 hours, so make sure to set your password within that timeframe. If you are unable to do so, you can always request a new link. To do this, click on the link provided in the fine print of the email.
Once you have set a password, here's how you'll log in from now on:
Go to the academy (xxx.pluvo.co)
Enter your email address and password
In addition to a general Pluvo invitation, you may also receive an invitation to a specific course. With this invitation, you'll directly enter the course you are going to take without the need to set up a password initially. The link in this email is valid for 7 days. If the link has expired, you can request a new link by clicking on the fine print at the bottom of the email.
If you plan to take a longer course, it is advisable to set up a password as well. You'll see a notification at the top of the screen where you can do this.
