Chatting - how do you do it?
The administrator of the Pluvo course can choose to enable the chat function for participants. When enabled, participants can interact and exchange messages within the platform. If the chat function is disabled, only trainers can initiate conversations with participants.
To start a conversation, navigate to the chat by clicking on the chat icon in the menu:
Then, you can initiate a conversation per course path, group, or participant. Click on the magnifying glass to find the right person/group:
Upon receiving a message in the chat, you will receive a notification in your mailbox. You can configure in your profile settings how often you receive these notifications.
Learning journey: Navigate to the trainers tab in your curriculum. If a trainer is assigned, you can contact your trainer directly from there. Open a conversation with your trainer via the chat icon.
Event: In the event window, you will find the icon to open a conversation next to the trainer's name.
