Change automated e-mails

E-mails

Pluvo sends emails to your users, and you can customize them. Pluvo distinguishes between three types of emails: a general invitation, an invitation to a learning path, and a notification.

For all these emails, you can use dynamic content, which you can find by default in the fields. You can fill in such a dynamic piece of content, for example, a name, in the greeting. The recipient's name will then appear in the greeting.

Examples of dynamic content you can use are:
#, this automatically adjusts to the user's name.
#, this is where the link to your academy is filled in.
#, this is where the name of your organization is filled in.

You can change the name of your organization in the administration under 'organization.'

Fields that can be customized in the emails are:

Language
You can set our email templates in different languages. Click on a language in the dropdown field to customize the template for that language. When creating users, you have already indicated in which language your user should see the interface. For example, if you have created a user and indicated that they should see an English interface, the English invitation will automatically be sent.

Subject
What is the subject of your email? Summarize it briefly here.

Greeting
Address the recipient of your email personally by using dynamic content #. The name of the learner will be automatically entered.

Text
This is the core of your email. Here you can convey your message. You can also use HTML here. For example, use < br > to create line breaks in your text.

Button Text
You can also customize the text of the button in your email. For example, 'Go to the academy' or 'Set your password!'.

Footer
These are the fine print at the bottom of the email. By default, there is a notice that the link in the email is temporarily valid.

General Invitation

The general invitation is the email a user sees when invited to your training platform. When this person clicks on the link, they can create a password and view the training environment. This person does not need to be linked to a training yet. You can customize the greeting, text, and button text here. Clicking 'save template' shows how this will look in the email.

Learning Path Invitation

This is the email a person sees when invited to a learning path. In addition to the greeting, text, and button text, you can also customize the subject here. The introduction text of your learning path, as seen in the template, is based on the introduction text you place with your learning path.

Certificate Notification

You can customize the email your learners receive with the certificate to match your own style. You can do this under the 'Certificate Notification' button. Your learners will then receive a link to the certificate along with your text.

Module Notification

The 'Module Notification' is an email sent a certain number of days before an event. In this message, you can also include the date and time of the event so that a user is aware of when, for example, your training will begin.

Chat Notification

This email is sent when the user has unread chat messages. The user can set whether and how often they want to receive this.
