Academy in your own corporate identity

Ensure your learners feel right at home by customizing your academy completely in your own corporate identity. Add your own favicon and logo, and easily change the text color via management. Want to customize your homepage? Click here

Note: Some options require a paid Pluvo subscription.

Logo & Favicon

To add your own logo, follow these steps:
Click on the gear icon to the left of your profile
Go to 'Academy' (under 'Settings')
Under the 'Branding' section, click on 'Add file' next to 'Logo'
Select your logo file
Click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen
Done! You can now admire your logo throughout your academy. The logo you choose here will also be added to emails.

Would you like to see your own favicon in your browser (the logo you see in your tab, where a default P is displayed)?

That's easy too:
Click on the gear icon to the left of your profile
Go to 'Academy' (under 'Settings')
Under the 'Branding' section, click on 'Add file' next to 'Favicon'
Select your favicon file
Click 'Save' at the bottom of the screen
Done! Your favicon is now visible in your browser.

If you choose not to add a logo or favicon, you will see the default Pluvo logo and favicon.

If you want your learners to see your own image on the login page, no problem, you can easily add it under 'Login page image'! If you don't upload an image here, learners will see a Pluvo illustration.

Changing Colors

Of course, you can also change the text colors in your academy.

You can set several different colors, including the primary and secondary colors of your academy, as well as the title, subtitle, and general text color.

The title color and primary color will appear most often in your academy, as seen in the example below of the portfolio. The tabs and portfolio items are in the primary color.

You also have the secondary color and subtitle. You can see them, for example, in the library. The headings 'Collections' and 'Articles' are subtitles. The different collections are in the secondary color.

Fonts

Finally, you can also change the font in the academy settings.

You can change the font for the general text, titles, and subtitles. You can choose from Google Fonts by default. If your font is not available in Google Fonts, you can still upload your own font files!

You can adjust both the size and style of the fonts. This way, you have complete freedom to build your academy entirely in your own corporate style!
