Sorting Question: Point System

Assigning Study Credits (SBU) to Portfolio Items in Pluvo

It's possible to assign Study Credit Units (SBU) to portfolio items in Pluvo. This can be done, for instance, with certificates or with personal portfolio items added by participants. This allows both the trainer and the participant to quickly assess the progress of the participants.

How to Set Up the Points System?

From the dashboard of your academy, click on the gear icon in the header to access your academy settings.

Next, click on 'More Settings.' Here, you'll find the option to add a points system and assign a name to your points system. It's possible to set up more than one points system per academy.

When adding a module and selecting the 'certificate' option, you'll have the choice to create a new certificate. While creating a certificate, you can assign the number of points under '_Points for certificate_' and select one of the points systems set up in the academy under '_Point system_'.

An Existing Certificate

From the dashboard of your academy, click on the gear icon in the top right corner to access academy management. Select 'Settings' and then 'Certificates.' This will take you to the overview of existing certificates.

When in the overview, select the certificate you wish to modify. You can assign the number of points under '_Points for certificate_' and choose one of the points systems set up in the academy under '_Point system_'.

Note: It's not possible to retroactively assign points to previously issued certificates. Points can only be added to certificates issued after this modification.
