General settings of your course module

In Pluvo, you can easily create your own course module. Click on 'Course Modules' in the administration panel. Then click on 'New course module'.

When you click on the arrow at the top left of the lcourse module and then on the mixer panel, you will access the settings of the course module.

Here, you can adjust the general information of your course module, such as title, description, and image. This information is used on the home screen of your course module, but the title and header can also be found in the overview of the course.

Completion Message



Write here what your students will see after completing the course module. In the example below, the completion message entered is 'Well done!'.




Passing Threshold



In the general settings, you can also set the passing threshold. The passing threshold is based on the percentage of correct/incorrect answers from the participant. For example, if you set the passing threshold to 60%, a participant must answer at least 60% of the questions correctly to pass the course.

Results Overview
By default, after completion, the participant will see the message you filled in above. Do you want them to be able to download a PDF with the questions and given answers? Then tick the last checkbox.

Participant Can Have Text Read Aloud
If you enable this option, an icon with an ear will appear next to each text block you add. The participant can click on this to have the text read aloud.

Display Time Spent to Participant
If you check this option, the participant will see a timer at the top of their screen indicating the time spent in the course module.

Click on save at the top!
